Warranty Overview
The Shelvas LLC Warranty Policy applies only to products purchased directly from our official online store (shelvas.com). To ensure your product is authentic and covered, please purchase exclusively through our official store.
We take product quality very seriously. Each of our models undergoes rigorous testing before mass production, and every unit is inspected before shipping.
Since smartwatches and similar electronic devices consist of thousands of components and rely on both hardware and software, occasional issues may occur. We are committed to supporting our customers and provide a 180-day quality warranty from the date of delivery.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Shelvas LLC, you may request a return within 30 days of the order date, subject to the conditions below.
Products purchased at a discounted price or during any promotional offer are NOT eligible for refund.

Holiday Exception: Orders placed in November and December may be returned until January 31 of the following year or 30 days, whichever is shorter.

Chargebacks & Dispute Policy
Customers are encouraged to contact Shelvas LLC before initiating a credit card chargeback.
Chargebacks filed without first attempting resolution through our return process may delay resolution by 60–90 days and may result in account restrictions.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks where products were delivered and policy terms were clearly disclosed.
180-Day Repair Warranty
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, Shelvas LLC products include a 180-day repair warranty from the delivery date.

DOA (Defective on Arrival)

Missing Items on Arrival
If any accessories or items are missing, contact support@shelvas.com with photos of the package and contents. We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.
Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours at no charge

After 24 hours, a 10% handling fee applies to cover payment processing costs
