Warranty Overview

The Shelvas LLC Warranty Policy applies only to products purchased directly from our official online store (shelvas.com). To ensure your product is authentic and covered, please purchase exclusively through our official store.

We take product quality very seriously. Each of our models undergoes rigorous testing before mass production, and every unit is inspected before shipping.

Since smartwatches and similar electronic devices consist of thousands of components and rely on both hardware and software, occasional issues may occur. We are committed to supporting our customers and provide a 180-day quality warranty from the date of delivery.

 


 

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Shelvas LLC, you may request a return and refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refund Conditions:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days. Please email support@shelvas.com.

  • Products must be returned in the same physical condition as purchased (not broken or damaged).

  • All accessories and original packaging must be included.

  • For returns unrelated to product quality, a 10% transaction fee will be deducted, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refund requests beyond the 30-day period will be considered case by case.

Holiday Exception: Orders placed in November and December may be returned until January 31 of the following year (or 45 days, whichever is longer).

Non-Refundable:

  • Shipping & handling fees, gift wrap, and any taxes (state, customs, VAT).

  • Incomplete returns: Missing accessories or documentation may incur a 15% restocking fee or the retail value of missing items.

Refunds are processed within 4 weeks after we receive and inspect the returned product.

 


 

180-Day Repair Warranty

Unless otherwise noted on the product page, Shelvas LLC products include a 180-day warranty from the date of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shelvas LLC covers shipping back to the customer after repair.

  • If damage is caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs, the warranty is void.

 


 

Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Products without proof of purchase

  • Lost or stolen products after delivery

  • Products past the warranty period

  • Non-quality issues (after 30 days)

  • Free or promotional products

  • Products repaired by unauthorized third parties

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, water, extreme temperatures, or improper operation

  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers

 


 

DOA (Defective on Arrival)

If your product arrives defective or damaged, you must contact us within 2 days of receipt.

Case 1: Product physically broken or damaged

  1. Email us with photos of the product/package and a description of the issue.

  2. After verification, we will arrange either a replacement or a partial refund (deducting transaction, handling, and shipping fees).

Case 2: Product not functioning

  1. Email us with photos and a short video demonstration of the issue.

  2. After verification, we will arrange either a replacement or a partial refund.

 


 

Missing Items on Arrival

If accessories or items are missing from your order, please contact support@shelvas.com with photos of the package. We will verify and arrange a suitable solution.

 


 

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours free of charge.

  • After 24 hours, a 10% handling fee (to cover payment processing costs) will apply.

Please review your order carefully before confirming to avoid cancellation fees.
