Charge & power on
Snap the magnetic charger onto the back of the watch for a few minutes, then press and hold the side button until the screen lights up.
Get the free GBand app
Download GBand — free forever, works with iPhone and Android. Open it, allow Bluetooth, and it will find your Halo on its own.
Add your family
In the app, add up to 5 emergency contacts — the people whose phones should ring if a fall is detected. Family members can install GBand on their own phones too.

If something's not right
The app can't find the watch
Make sure the watch screen is on and Bluetooth is enabled on the phone, then close and reopen GBand. Keep them within arm's reach while pairing.
How far can she be from the phone?
About 30 feet / 10 meters. As long as her phone is with her or nearby — around the house, in the garden — she's connected.
How often do I charge it?
Every 4–5 days. The family app shows the battery too, so you'll know before she runs low.
Can she shower with it?
Yes — IP68 rated. Shower, rain, dishes. It's designed to never come off.
