If you’ve recently purchased the Shelvas Fall-Detection Smartwatch, one of the first questions you might ask is: “Where do I get a SIM card?”
The process is simple, and this quick guide will help you get set up in minutes.

Step 1: Visit Local Mobile Carrier Store 

While the device may work with various mobile operators, T-Mobile and Ultra Mobile are the recommended networks for the best results.  

You do not need a special SIM. A regular phone SIM works perfectly.

Step 2: Make Sure the SIM Has an Active Internet Plan

The Shelvas watch uses mobile data to send alerts, update GPS, and communicate with the app.
So when buying a SIM card, ask for:

“A regular phone SIM with an active internet/data plan.”

Even a small monthly data plan is enough.

Step 3: Bring Your Watch With You

Take the watch to the mobile shop. This helps the staff insert the correct SIM size.
